Dr. V is a certified yoga instructor with specialization in trauma-informed yoga, somatic embodiment techniques, and yoga nidra. She pairs this skill set with her practice in Reiki and heart-healing meditation, as she teaches yoga in various settings. Dr. V has taught incarcerated youth for the last five years. She also teaches yoga to at-risk kids in the summers. Dr. V is an art teacher and educator with 30+ years of experience.
